Well the Gods decided I needed to get some exercise and make another Actifit post today, because I got TOTALLY LOST ...in my own neighborhood... trying to find this coffee shop I've never been to. Why? Because I was making a Simbi trade! Lotion bars for this amazing painting of my cats! :D

So now that I am back home after walking up and down Colfax for an hour, I am snarfing down a bowl of cereal because I started sugar crashing about two miles in, lol.

I went for several years never eating cereal at all, and now I'm pretty much addicted to the one non-allergenic kind I can have: crisp rice. I can also have Fruity Pebbles, because that is also rice. But it's serious sugar. 😂
Three are other rice cereals like Chex but it says brown rice and that's a no-no because nickel allergy. (shakes fist at whole grain movement making my life difficult) 😉

......mmmmm chex. Did you ever try the cocolate chex or are they all 'brown rice'? How does nickel get in them? Rice crisps are yummy!! Which type of milk do you take with your cereal?

Nickel is in a LOT of foods because they take it up from the soil. So in rice, it's stored in the bran and if you polish it off, I can eat it! :)
I've never heard of chocolate Chex! :O
I use grass fed cow's milk. Other kinds set off the allergies, including generic cow milk, because of the soy and corn that they eat!
