Things we share with loved ones.
So often the ones we love,
Are not what we expect.
All our lives,
We are inculcated with the notion of “amorous/erotic” love as
Being the goal, the end game, or
That “agape” love, or love of
God,
Is the most important.
Love,
In itself, is the
Ultimate Goal,
Love of all things living, all people, all animals…
Yes, even (or especially)
Love of the Planet Earth.
We need only look at the devotion of a Dog to its human,
To See True and Perfect Love.
This is what we should
All exhibit towards each other, our planet
(Our home)
And all that lives here with us.
I Simply cannot understand, I cannot fathom
Why this is such a difficult a concept to grasp,
Except that our
"western capitalistic mind set"
makes us believe that we,
Individually, are the most
Important thing on the
Planet.
We are part of the whole;
We Need to come to
Terms with this.
We must love
Ourselves
First.
