A TRIBUTE TO MY WIFE... HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

I decided to post this a little earlier than February 14th just in case some of my readers wanted to do something like this they have time. This V-Day will be the 11th one we are sharing together as a couple but our story goes back a bit further.
The way I met my dear wife Tara was truly fate.

How it started.
I was Djing at a club called The Big Red Barn in Tempe Arizona. I met another Dj there that went by the name DJ Romeo. He was a talented DJ and we started to work together. HE was the brother of famed rapper Eric Wright or Easy E as most people know him. The poor guy had a rough past and I felt bad for him and figured since he at least had some good talent we would be good together. Our DJ styles went well together. Sadly he was not done with his rough past and one night after a gig he ended up stealing some of my equipment. He disappeared into thin air after that. I had met his girlfriend a few times and decided to call her to see if she knew where he was. She was a really nice woman and felt bad for me. She apologized for him and told me some stories about him and his past that made me feel a little better because he had done much worse to others. (Months later he did show back up and say he was sorry) She wanted to make it up to me and gave me the name and numbers of a two music groups looking for a DJ. I took the numbers and called both. One group I had a better feeling about than the other and decided to go check them out at a local show.
The show was far from my house over an hour drive away. I was running late just because of how far it was. When I got there I apologized to the lead guy in the group. I said I am sorry I am coming all the way from... I gave my crossroads. He replied " Wait where did you say you were coming from?" I told him again. He said "No way those are my crossroad!" At that point we just figured it was fate for us to meet since we live a few block from each other. After the show we made plans to meet the next day at his house. That day is where I would meet my future wife. The next day came I was ready to hear the plans of what this guy I had met had for his or should I say our music group. I had never been in a music group before I was always just a DJ. I went over knocked at the door. He greeted me let me in and introduced me to his Mom and niece. My jaw must of been stuck open because his niece was just about the most beautiful person I had seen. He told her you will like him he mixes house music! (She was a big house music fan) Over the next four years I stayed with the group for the most part but I had a lot of other projects going on.

WE FELL IN LOVE
Over the years Tara and I were friends but we knew we were meant to be more than that. In June of 2006 it finally happened. One night sitting up late watching TV we she just fell into my arms and she just melted into my heart. It was so amazing to have that happen. We were scared and excited. Was this real, would this last? I assured her now that she was in my arms I was never going to let go. Even though we knew each other for a few years everything was new to us as a couple. We started to learn about each other. We were both really young so we were growing up together as a couple. I think you really only get to do that once and with one person.

NEW COUPLES HAVE FUN!
The first year we had a lot of fun. Everything is new. Everything is exciting. Every chance we had we tried to spend together. Our love just kept growing and growing. I told her after just 6 months I wanted to marry her.We both knew what we wanted in life and it was having each other. Nothing mattered as long as we were together. We could be on most scenic mountain top in the world or just sitting at home on the couch it didn't matter as long as we had each other and were together. We could sit and talk for hours about everything and nothing.

TIME GOES ON...
We got married in 2010 and moved to Chicago to open an auto repair shop. She stayed right by my side and helped build the business from the ground up. She tried so hard to do her best and she did so well! I was amazed how hard she was working. She said she loved me so much that she would do anything for me.

It is now 2018 and we are still as strong as ever. For us the honeymoon high has never died off. We love to spend time with each other and just talk and hold each other in our arms. I would like to thank my wife Tara for all the years of joy she has brought me. Everything she has taught me and all the patience she has with me just being me. I love you forever and always. Your the reason I get up in the morning, the reason I work so hard, the reason I try my best at everything I do. I could never thank you enough for the joy you have brought and continue to bring into my life. I will always keep you close to my heart and try my best to be the best husband I can be. You brought color into my world, turned a grey sky blue. Every beat of my heart is for you! I LOVE YOU!
