The Most Important Love Of All ❤ (Or Atleast I Think So)

Love.
One of the most talked about topics on this beautiful planet of ours.
But the way we all experience and express it, is so vastly different.

When we think of love, we mostly think of the romantic kind of love that society has brainwashed into thinking is THE MOST IMPORTANT TYPE OF LOVE THAT THERE EVER IS!

Well my dears, that simply is not true.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that romantic love is not important, I am saying that there is a LOVE which is WAY more important.

And that is

drum roll please

YOUR SELF-LOVE.

Yes yes, I know you’ve read the articles.
I know you’ve read the books.

But it doesn’t matter how much reading you do, if you are not going within and accessing that pot of golden self-love, you might aswell not read.

Every situation that comes into your reality, that seemingly ‘hurts’ you or gives you sadness, is an opportunity for you to go inwards towards the self-love you have within.

And trust me, you will keep on being tested by The Universe (God, Buddha, whatever you want to call it for yourself), until you learn these vital lessons that are important for you to learn.

This is an ongoing process.

Even when you have found your self-love, you will be tested to see if you can stay in that heavenly space.

And you will probably have to make choices that aren’t very nice to do, but essential to your own growth and self-love.

And that is where the true test lies.

A while ago, I made myself a promise that I will try to remain in my self-love at ALL times and live from that lovingly open space.
It has helped me immensely.
Not only welcome beautiful love into my life in many different forms, but also let go of channels of so-called love that were not serving me anymore.

All contained within a space that was loving and open and honest.

And yes, of course I did feel ‘pain’, when I let go.

But I embraced the pain and let it come through me, instead of holding onto it.

Pain is always going to be a part of life, we might aswell embrace it and enjoy its presence.

It is after all only temporary.

Because our root, our core, our essence is LOVE.

Make a conscious decision to put love behind everything you say and do.

And get into contact with the well of love that you hold inside.

It is a journey that you will not forget.
