BLISSFUL JOURNEY

1. 21st may, I begin
   A novel stage with you
   The next day, a second sent
   To magnify the epistle
   Of our newer beginning.

2. Fatigued brain, this heart went ahead.
   To worship the beauty in you
   17th June, the ‘spark’ revealed
   Ah! ‘Thank you’, your quick retort
   Holds me on, like a winter-cot.

3. 25th June, I put my say,
   ‘Dream girl’, since that day
   Sighed, scared yet content
   ‘Flirty’, your responsive vent
   Holds me on, those tiny blissful moments.

4. And began, our eternal yak
   Likes or abhor, love and hope
   The matching musical taste
   The old, the good and the latest
   Holds me on, to feel your love, my kindest.

5. A journey not long travelled by
   Believe me dear! My heart won’t lie
   Crystal pure, the love I share
   To you, rekindling a new divine care
   Holds me on, with smile and in tears.

6. Broken heart, if torn apart
   Shall restore love till soul departs
   With all sorrow and pain
   Hymning a strain
   In the sun,a or the rain.
