Forgiveness is release, its only in releasing yourself that you can heal.
Usually we carry a burden too big with our thoughts whose are always with us, sometimes you need to release from yourself, allowing forgiveness, love and positive thoughts in your everyday life.
Sometimes you go to bed thinking about a particular thing that may had happen, or maybe its something that hasn't happen yet but still this negative thought is running around in your head almost like trying to punish you, you wake up with the same negative thought in your head and it almost feels like a headache because it covers all positive thoughts with darkness.
Its so hard to release from this, but to move on to a positive productive life you need to heal from within, those who have woken up from a negative mindset and have taken responsibility for their negative acts and thoughts are the ones that are going to be able to release, forgive and move on to a positive, peaceful, loving life, free of anxiety and stress.
If you're still blaming other people or certain situations for the lack of happiness in your life, sorry but is going to continue to be bad for you.
Speak it, recognize it, heal it, forgive it and release it.
