Good morning steemit.I just started my day. As I start to write this, it´s half past eight. I feel clam and ready for the day. 20 Minutes ago I was full of worry. Too much to do, too little time. Between then and now only was one simple exercise I want to share with you today. I recommend this one to everyone, everywhere at anytime.

This Exercise Is All the Help You Need

The exercise is one presented by Anthony Paul Moo-Young, known as Mooji. I would call him a spiritual helper. He travels the world and is just present with many people helping them realize their true potential. These gatherings, called Satsang are recorded and can be watched for free on his youtube channel.
The exercise I am resenting you was recorded on 1 April 2017 in Delhi, India. So it has been published only recently and I really love it. This is the only exercise I ever tried where my mind is really quiet. No images float around. I am just in the moment and this really helps me.
