I got to enjoy a couple of days in the beautiful spa set in rural bury st Edmunds and experience a few treatments including a manicure and pedicure, a shell lava massage which is a massage with hot shells and a facial. We also got to experience some amazing vegan food during our stay as even though it’s not exclusively vegan the chef is !!!! So lots of options. I’ll share the amazing food on the next post.
