Loving Trees...

One of my favorite God's creation are trees. I cannot imagine a world without them. They are so essential to us, they are giving us the air to breath. Fascinating right? Thinking trees and people lives are connected.

But what happen now? I am not statistic expert and so I don't know how much forest are gone since then, but I could tell it slowly disappears for example here in the city where I live. There was a park here like a forest and everytime I passed into it, I am amazed. A forest like at the center of this bustling city. But today, sadly, that area is cut in half. The owner build another building on it. But what can I do about it.

I am fascinated the cycle of the trees I pass. Every year, though they are standing still on the same ground, giving shades into my way, I feel that they are alive. When summers comes, their deep green leaves starting to change its color into yellow brownish and its seems becomes weak from holding to its branches. It eventually loosen its grasp into by twig and by the hush of the wind, one will fly, until others follow. The trees looks bald now, as the sun strikes so hot up in the air, I would ask myself if those tress will recover since the grounds so dry. But when you pass again, then you see a little young green sprouts again.A new beginning signals, it blooms after that fall. Some trees signals stem of flowers, leaves grow together that flowers, yellow, purple, red.. those colors give me that feeling of hope.

I could see some maintenance too. Tress were pruned, where it were cut big time like you cannot see single leaves, I thought they could not survive but days pass, young leaves start growing.

How beautiful, and thankful though things are the not staying, everytime it changes. But the laws of nature always there.Seeing those things makes me appreciate in what my day is.

Ang masasabi ko rin, mali si Jenny. She wanted to become a tree in her next life just because a tree can stay. But no Jenny, tress are transferable. By that new construction site, some young tress will survive for they are digging it for transfer. But those old ones, they will be gone. Its old and big enough, they would chop it down .

If they are in the right place where it has to be, there challenge now is on how they will whithstand the harsh storms that may come and the changes in time and its fate in the coming years.

Reminding you dear today: "Don't cry over the fallen leaves". They are part of the process. So live by it.
