Dropping some acid on this blockchain.

in lsd •  8 years ago  (edited)

First I'd like to start off by telling everyone to leave, if you're not comfortable with drugs, as this post is related to one of the most famous psychedelic drugs out there, that's the notorious LSD. I've formatted this post accordingly so'd people would find it easier to read, because the content I've got from this trip is hard to process as it is.

If you're saying that topics this deep don't belong to the blockchain, tell me a better place to put them. Since all the people roaming around here are pretty rational and can think for themselves. If they don't like drugs they shouldn't open up this post.

I'm only promoting the use of psychedelics, as this subclass of mind altering drugs may have some medical abilities to make us understand the world a bit better. All I'm saying is that psychedelic drugs can actually be helpful to us, to open up a whole lot of new possibilities. The journey must be had within. You can't find truth from others. You have to figure out the truth for yourself. But that's just me being hypocritical.

What are psychedelics

why are psychoactive drugs illegal?

In fact all psychoactive drugs aren't illegal. Did you know that alcohol is the most widely used and abused psychoactive drug. But I'm not here to talk about alcohol, since the efficiencies of that drug are known to all. We are here to talk about LSD or the psychedelic subclass from the list of psychoactive drugs.

Psychedelic drugs, what are they used for?

LSD isn't by far the only psychedelic drug on the market, the shamans have been using psychedelic drugs to cure all sorts of illnesses from the beginning of time. The duration of the ritual depends on the drug that they are using to perform their ritual. Among the most popular of drugs are psychoactive mushrooms, ayahuasca, DMT and LSD. All of those drugs influence the brain differently. There is no golden ticket for guaranteed success in the world of psychedelics.

The purpose of a shaman is to guide you, the experiencer safely trough the trip. They are only there to guide you to the destination you need to arrive yourself. The destination is different for everybody.
I believe, that shamans are essential for people who have issues with a lot of negativity. As they try to find a path towards the light. They help, to let go. But shamans aren't essential if you know what you're doing.

Trip report #1

My LSD experience

I ordered these dabs from the darknet, with the help of a couple of friends. If you're not sure on how to shapeshift your earnings into drugs, here's a tutorial by @kyle (click here, me, to order drugs).
For this trip report I have several paragraphs of my trip that should make up for a total of one whole story.

Getting the drugs

As I picked up the 15 dabs my friend had promised me, I immidiately started planning on tripping balls and writing a blogpost about it. But first I had to get trough the day, just like regular stoner junkies do. Meet up with some some friends, talk about the glories of steemit and what not. You know, the usual stuff... I even had a special meet up with a old friend who drove cross country just to meet us.

Waiting for a friend

I have to mention that the last train from Tallinn to my home hood leaves at precisely 23.15, so if my friend wouldn't have been so late, I would have actually had a more boring trip than I had. If that made sense. That's right, the fact that my friend arrived so late was the sole reason I missed my train and was about to have a journey of my life.

Teleport

As my friend left and our meetup was done, I faced a problem. HOW DO I GET HOME? The last train has left and I didn't have any cash for a cab. I guess steemit doesn't make millionaires overnight. So I did the only rational thing that there was left for me to do. Hit 3 tabs of acid and start walking the 15km journey home. Because it was cold outside, I managed to loan a sweater and a bottle of water from a friend of mine and took off.
Our digestion works faster when you're doing any kind of activity and as I was walking, I felt the acid kick in at about 3 kilometers into the trip. At first I started having weird philosophical conversations with myself until I came to the conclusion that I don't even know what philosophy means and I only try to reference it trough my certain ideologies.
As I was walking home, I also looked at places where regular people wouldn't look. At least I felt that people wouldn't need to look there, because there's nothing there for them. Most of these places were dark corners of gardens, as I figured that people don't look there, because they are scared from finding something that they don't like. I stopped looking for such places, because the realization of finding some real trippy shit was too real for me at this point.
I rested my leg for about an hour or so near a beautiful waterstream, where I felt that the water was the only thing keeping me in motion. At this point I'm discovering the consciousness of other people. As I sat there I remembered some of the famous people from steemit and was in fact tripping so hard that I telepathically went inside their head to have a glimpse of their perspective. I'm not going to go into much details here, but I'll tell you this. @dantheman has the highest frequenzy on this site. It feels nice and cozy being in a same room with him.

Are we in space yet?

At one point, where tripping from the toughs of other people had became enough for me, I decided to continue my venture home. The perspective of time was lost as soon as this trip had started. So I seriously have no clue what time I did what things. I know that it was in the middle of the night and there wasn't another soul out there to disturb my experience. As I was walking home I tough to myself, that why haven't we been to space yet? Have you wondered?

steemit

As I got home, the only sensible thing I knew what to do was to open up steemit and gather as much information as I possibly could in the short timeframe that I had. It mostly ended up me watching the @steemsmart podcast for several times. But the information I got from there was glorious. I felt the presence of people from the future watching that episode, just to gather information on how to move this program further. As in steemit had already exsisted forever by then, inflation was a serious issue and a lot of people were turning to the smartest and the oldest thing they had, the @steemsmart podcast. Not even realizing the fact, that those people are not smart at all, as they aren't even the developers. I'm not bashing their intellect, since those people are in fact one of the smarter ones we have, This just confirms, that in the future, people who know nothing about a certain topics, will have the most to say about it. I'm sure that this project will continue to exist at least several decades. Tehcnically steemit opened yesterday for us.

immutability of this blockchain

You know how several archeologists have found a lot of ancient writings, that's how I feel about this blog post. But let me tell you this, if they do find this blog post, they have far surpassed the the time limit to censor anything I say here. So I'm all good regardless. Tripping balls while surfing steemit opened my eyes on this ground braking technology. Think of having a record keeping machine that can't be altered 100 years ago. How would that have changed the course of both wars? Would we still agree on the stuff that we all agree on today?
