With March around the corner we are preparing to tap the trees for the coming Maple Syrup season.
Each year we are able to harvest the Maple sap from our Sugar Maple Trees and boil down enough to make our own Maple Syrup.

Boiled longer takes out more water and makes it darker, thicker, sweeter.... you can boil all the liquid out and make taffey
