Weird fact - the HDCD encoded Lunachicks' Pretty Ugly album has ridiculous amounts of bass that managed to rip the sensing coil of my Velodyne FSR 18 subwoofer back in 1997 during listening tests. Fortunately, my Velodyne sub was still under warranty and was repaired free of charge.
