How to make the most of eating?

Yes.
Eating is very important to keep our beautiful bodies working however it is extremely important to focus on what you are eating. By eating organic unprocessed food you are really giving your body best of everything. It is as simple as that.
So today officially is the day when I am going officially for cooking thing from scratch or eating food which was made from scratch ;) Yes... My family cook very deliciously so I am including them as well :)
Cooking is easy and quick. Keep it simple. Use as less products at the beginning. Do not make this complicated.
Like today. Fish spiced with salt and pepper only baked on butter ghee and later added chives for more taste. Served with slices of roasted potatoes.
Took me 20 minutes while I was doing the blog and sorting the house out.
Cooking is not difficult. Make this as simple as possible.
By doing so you are going to eat well, best quality food, which will nourish your body.

Rainbow trout with butter and parsley served on roasted potatoes. Very yummy indeed.

Nice post. I truly believe you are what you eat. But eating organic is easier said then done. Here it's twice as expensive. And some 'organic' is just marketing if you ask me. Bless

I do agree but the generation of Our grandparents used to eat organic, at least they did not have so much processed and artificial food like now. Full of gmo's.

You're completely right.
Sadly, as @markush stated, it is a bit expensive to go all organic.
My goal for next summer is to grow some vegetables in my own garden. Can't get much more organic (and affordable) than that!

I do the same. growing as much as possible by myself and buy as best quality food as possible all the time seems to make a deal.
