Hello friends I hope you are great today I am here to take part in another interesting challenge "I Love My Body / shadow punches and arm circle".

Well we used arm in daily life almost in all types of activities but I guess we never think we should stretching them and strengthen them for future because passively it got weak and muscle start loosen.

This is only because we never did any specific exercises which is obviously needed to the arm and body through this learning challenge today I am able to do it although I am going to do it for the first time, and you I felt I am much better and active, yeah to be honest I think it's need of body and passively I will acquire it on daily basis.

I did it gently without putting much pressure on my body and yeah I didn't felt tired while doing it because in every exercise the duration of 10 second rest make me more energetic.

The Muscle groups that are strengthened during shadow boxing and arm circle

Forward, sides and upwards40 punches on each sidesRest for 10 secondsRepeat the number on each sides without editing the video

I performed these exercises as mentioned in learning challenge upto my best level I did 40 punches with 10 second rest time and then perform rest of exercise I didn't do any editing in the video.

Carry out arm circle both clockwise and anticlockwise

Clockwise and anticlockwise40 circles eachrest for 10 secondsrepeat same without editing the video.

Yeah, I performed it upto my best level click wise and anticlockwise and then rest for few seconds around 10 seconds.

At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most?

My feelings are mind blowing regarding this exercises, you know I never realized I need such of exercises for my good health.

I will continue it now to onwards because the arms are mostly used in our body why I ignored and never think the exercises are necessary for these.

Thank you respected professor @ngoenyi for giving me this opportunity and enabled me to work on my body while staying at home now I will be more fit and healthy.

Do you think shadow boxing and arm circle are good for you and will you recommend it for others?

Yeah without any doubt these are good exercises if I consider it best for because arm fitness is highly required.

Hence today I felt why I am lethargic after little work because I am not fit nor I work exercises on my arms. Yeah these got weak from to now I will recommend it to my friends and family and obviously will consider it important for myself.

Once again thanks to dear professor @genomil who us always there to help and guide me and I hope I will be fit and fat free in coming days.
