Mac High Sierra users: set your root password NOW! Here is how.

I always thought MacOS was safe. Until now.
Do this ASAP.

Open system preferences --> Users and groups.

Enter login options (have to provide your password)

Click Network account server (join).

Choose open Directory Utility.

Unlock (click the lock symbol)

Click edit from the top menu: change Root password, SET IT.

(choose a good password because root has God power).
