MacBook Pro Internal Mic Not Working Microphone Issues With High Sierra Update

I recently updated my MacOs To High Sierra causing my internal microphone to have some issues. I tired several methods to fix the issue with no luck, until i read a post of someone going to System Preferences - Keyboard - Dictation. Although this methods does work it doesn't completely solve the problem.
