The 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro with touch bar

The 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro touch bar. The most expensive thing that I ever bought.
This 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro touch bar that I have is a fully spec Kaby Lake 3.5GHz dual-core i7 processor with 16gb of ram, 512gb SSD storage and a dedicated Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650. The base model of 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro has 2.3GHz dual-core i5 processor with 8gb of ram, 128gb SSD storage and a dedicated Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 that cost a smashing $1,299.00 or ₱76,990.00 that’s a lot of money and take note that this base model doesn’t have any touch bar and will leave you with 2 ports only and a very low storage which is not recommended at all.
What’s new with the 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro touch bar?

1. The Apple logo doesn’t light anymore
   I know it made me disappointed. You might not care but I do😭. The lighting of the logo was the trademark to all MacBooks. That light that makes non-MacBook users burst into irritation cause the light was too annoying somehow.

2. New color aesthetics
   The back in 2015 model there was only one choice of color and that is the silver color. Now the 2017 model has 2 color choices space gray and the traditional silver. What I have is space gray and my goodness it looks beautiful.

3. Goodbye ports and say hello to USB type-C
   It took me 3 months to decide if I would go for the 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro with touch bar due to the lack of ports. As a creator, the lack of an SD card port is a big loss for me and to other creators. The USB type-c is a big leap for all who wish to buy this piece of bullport. You know why? Check out number 4 list. But aside from the negative effect with the USB type-c, there is a lot of good things about USB type-c. The USB type-c is the one port to connect them all. Oh but I still have the freaking dongle!

4. DONGLE LIFE
   Before I would just plug in the SD card, USB type A, HDMI directly to the ports but now we can’t since the 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro with touch bar only has all 4 USB type-c ports. how’d you liked it? The dongle is the only solution to my huge problem with SD cards and to some ports. But again if you’re a clumsy person you might lose or forget your dongles when you need it the most.

5. 2nd generation Butterfly switch keyboard
   They say that the 2nd generation Butterfly switch keyboard makes you type fast since it has a lesser travel between keys. I type with two fingers only should it makes me type faster?😂

6. Track pad is really huge
   This track pad is humungous. It’s a size of the iPhone 7.

7. The Touch Bar
   this touch bar is basically a gimmick. Very useful but very annoying. I hardly use it like only for emojis adjusting the brightness and the sound.

8. Fingerprint touch sensor
   Now, this is the best. Unlocking the 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro touch bar makes your life easier. With just one tap and BOOM, it’s unlocked. And you can use the fingerprint touch sensor for Apple pay and that means easy access to purchasing your orders and leaving you with no more money

Now is my 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro touch bar worth the price? I believe it’s a yes. Is it for you? It actually depends on where you use this laptop. If you are a creator like me you could probably get this if and only if your budget fits for this really expensive piece of tech. Now there might be some other laptops like the Dell XPS and etc that has the same or even faster or powerful than this laptop. It’s only a matter of choice. I choose this because I know this will be with me for the next 3 to 5 years. And I really love how great the aesthetics of this MacBook Pro.
