Ingredients
1 handful of cassava leaves in small pieces
1 handful of melinjo leaves & melinjo fruit
2 liters of coconut milk (not thick and not watered)
1 btg kecombrang (in chopped fine)
10 orange leaves (finely chopped)
3 btg lemongrass (finely chopped)
20 green chilli (in small pieces2)
2 temkai daun temurui
1 btg bamboo shoots
1 handheld rimbang
1 pcs of squash
Tiny bunch of long beans
1 handful of small shrimp
Ground spices :
1/4 plik in hot water soak then in puree
5 cloves of red onion
4 cloves under white
1 segment of ginger finger
1 segment of turmeric finger
1/8 young jackfruit (boiled first)
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tbsp coconut gongseng
1 tbsp coriander
10 grains of chili pepper (klo want spicy can be added again)
to taste salt
1 handful of papaya flowers (boiled first)
1 handful of peanut (boiled first)
1 pound of eggplant
