Bluebells at f/2.8 and f/11

in macro •  7 years ago

Hey Steemians.

I have just submitted two images that I took earlier this year, in the spring. They were taken with my old Sony A7 with an adapted Minolta 100mm f2.8 macro lens.

I could never make up my mind which I liked the best.

If you like either please let me know which you prefer.

Thanks for looking.

Beautiful shots, you did a great job at processing your images too.

Thanks very much. I use capture one which I think is better than lightroom.

Interesting, I have been a Lightroom user for the past 8 years and love it, but I'll have to check out Capture One. There are so many ways up a mountain, I think at the end of the day it just comes down to personal preference...

I switched from lightroom about 3 years ago. I thought that when a raw image was first imported with no adjustments it always looked better in C1. My theory was that it would mean fewer manual adjustment than lightroom to get an image looking its best. There was a steep learning curve though and probably is down to personal preference like you say.
