Salmon Roe & Sea Urchin Sushi. Mmm Delicious

Take a look at this goodness from one of our first meals in Kyoto! Had to do a closeup of the Sea Urchin and Uni (which is my favorite). In total this set had about 10 pieces and cost us about 1800 Yen ($18 USD). The flavors of the Sushi were so bold, rich, and just melted in your mouth.

Sushi Quick Tip: The flavor of the rice has more of an impact on the taste of sushi than "fresh fish".
