It would be best if formal cases could be made and proper trials from deep state participants. Remember that any side willing to circumvent the Constitutions protection of "due process" is no better then the corruption it fights. The ends do not justify the means. It sets precedence for the entire Constitutional judicial trial by jury rule of law to be thrown out permanently by the next less noble administration. Obama committed treason by attempting to give US Carriers directly to the UN and other military reasons for a military trial. As Commander and Chief, sounds fair. Civilians can't have military trials unless this is in the Constitution? Sounds like the same slippery slope as we can take the guns with due process later.

To me, Military tribunals are fitting, as the perps are the people ruling our military. Haven't had the chance to digest ALL of this yet, as you can see...there is allot of information here, and way more on each link.
