[ES/EN] ʚ♡ɞ Magical March 2018 #3: Sun ❀

Hell-o! I know today is March 6th but here I am with the 3rd day of the challenge because last night I arrived late to my home so I couldn’t post at the time I wanted. I had a nice afternoon drinking tea after some errands.

Probablemente haga un review más extenso del lugar donde tomé té en los próximos días porque pienso volver, me gustó mucho y aprovecharé de tomar fotos del sitio, que está superlindo también. En todo caso, ayer salí con la belleza de @santa-morgana333 a hacer varias diligencias en un centro comercial de la ciudad y aprovechamos de ser las señoras que somos tomando tecito (que también lo necesitaba para la horrible tos que cargo).

I’ll probably make a more extended review about the place I had tea in the next days since I want to go again. I really liked it and I want to take some photos of the place because it’s super cute. Anyway today I spent my afternoon with the beautiful @santa-morgana333 becaiuse we had some things to do in one of my city’s mall and we had the chance to drink tea as the old ladies we both are (I also needed it for the horrible cough I still have tho).

La ilustración estaba lista desde ayer temprano, porque fui muy productiva y todo, pero no me dio tiempo de redactar antes de salir para publicar a la hora que quería en la nochecita. Para el día 3, el tema propuesto es “El Sol” y la chica mágica del día me resultó una práctica genial de velocidad y de poses dinámicas.

Today’s illustration was ready by yesterday’s early afternoon because I was quite productive and did several things from my to-do list, however I still didn’t have any time to write this post before the time I proposed myself in the morning. For 3rd day the proposed theme for a Magical Girl is the Sun. I really liked that this illustration allowed me to practice some velocity and dynamic poses.

Let’s start with the process:

Como ya conocemos la fórmula, la historia inicia con un boceto a lápiz H Paper Mate.

As we all know, this formula starts with a sketch using a H Paper Mate pencil.

Delineado con marcador ultrafino Paper Mate en color negro.

The outline was made with an ultrafine Paper Mate black marker.

Relleno con marcadores Prismacolor Premier en rojo, fucsia, y bermellón y boligrafo dorado escarchado.

The colour filling was made with my Prismacolor Premier red, fucshia and vermilion markers. I also used a golden shimmery pen.

Para el fondo usé un marcador jumbo Paper Mate en color celeste.

For the background I used a blue Paper Mate jumbo marker.

Me gustó mucho realizar esta ilustración a pesar de que no tenía mucha inspiración. Quería hacer algo que no fuera tan predecible, pero que entrara en la temática de Chica Mágica con detalles lindos y sin dejar de lado un carácter fuerte.

I really liked to make this illustration even though I didn’t have much inspiration. I wanted to make something that was not-so-predictable yet Magical Girl aesthetic, filled with strength and cute details.
