Step 1. netsh hit enter

step 2. Interface IP Hit enter

step 3. Set Address "Interface-Name" static Ip Address(like 192.68.34.123) subnet Mask(Like 255.255.255.0) Default Gateway (Like 192.68.34.1) Hit Enter
