The company is ready to transfer the object for rent for five years with the possibility of prolongation. The rental price is 277 thousand rubles per month, while for the first five months the tenant will receive a preferential rate of 207.6 thousand rubles per month.
The report says that the lowest possible tariff for electricity, which will be available to the tenant in 2018, will be 2.16 rubles per 1 kWh.
