While YouTube is undoubtedly recognized as the king of online video sharing platforms, Dailymotion has managed to survive the battle with its powerful opponent, and offers its members the opportunity to make money online by uploading their personal or professional videos.

This is great news to those people who look for new ways to get paid to upload their videos.
If you were rejected by YouTube’s Partner Program, or you simply didn’t bother applying, Dailymotion can become the video sharing community that you were looking for.
There are two ways to earn money by becoming a member of Dailymotion.
1. You can upload and monetize your own videos, just like you would do on YouTube, and/or
2. You can share Dailymotion videos created by you or other contributors, and earn a share of the advertising revenue. The second option is something that clearly differentiates Dailymotion from YouTube, because YouTube does not reward its members for their online sharing activity.
So, if you are a blogger or website owner/administrator, there is nothing to keep you back from applying to Dailymotion and earning money with them.
