Recipe for making fenugreek seeds

material

Green peas - 1 cup,

Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp,

Malai- half cup,

Tomato-1 (Puree),

Cumin-half teaspoon,

Turmeric - Half a teaspoon,

Red chili powder - half a teaspoon,

Batak - 1 tablespoon,

salt to taste


For grind

Onions - 1,

Green chilli-1,

Cashew-almond-1 tablespoon,

Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoon,

Curd - 1 big spoon,

Ginger - 1 small piece,

Cinnamon - half piece,

Clove-3,

Cardamom - 1


Take the grinding material in the mixer and mix it in the yogurt and make a paste. Boil the fenugreek seeds in hot water.

Heat butter in a pan and fry cumin. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes. Mix peas, methi dana and cream and mix them.

Add milk according to gravy and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with cream.
