These forms of branches help the owner and tenant. Only in the worst cases do you need a lawyer. Tenants are allowed to appeal up to three times. The tenant does not even have to show up to the court. This makes it difficult for the owners of houses and apartments. Always do a background check on all tenants moving into your place. Advertise your apartments on website. For instance in Canada you can use Kijiji for free. This gives you multiple applicants coming to your apartment. Then it's easier to choose. But how do you pick a tenant? For instance Mr. Johnson live at 225 Main Street. You call that phone number that he wrote down as his landlord. Conversation should go like this. Making a reference check for Mr. Johnson, he's renting on 344 Main Street. Do you not see it? I gave them a wrong address. If he corrects you and gives you the right address. That reference is an okay reference. If you have one tenant to 100 tenants. If a tenant does not pay the full rent by the end of the day that it is due, a landlord can ask the tenant to pay the money they owe or move out of the rental unit. The landlord must give the tenant a notice in writing, in a form called a Notice to End a Tenancy Early for Nonpayment of Rent.
