I'm a lucky bugger who got to walk a mile in the shoes of many troubled kids:
One thing about this world is how everyone wants to grow up so quickly...
Even enjoying "childish things" as a child can be difficult and lead to a lifetime of bullying.
Gaming, art and animation was where I felt most happy and inspired. For the many of the kids in school it was all about "designer" clothing, and doing adult things...
Often it was easy for them to pick on those who lived outside their norm and "popular" friend group.
I'll admit from the perspective of an then agnostic outsider:
Its difficult to learn to love others when they make you feel like worthless garbage.
Without some sort of motivation or awareness why its healthier to not let life make you hate filled and bitter its difficult yo not let hate consume us after so many years of pain.

To make matters worse, my parents decided to split after my mother needed to follow her lust.
"Was love even real?" I began questioning so much and fell even deeper into depression.
|For kids, we hope they can have positive role modles in their lives to help guide them but the truth is many do not have this guidance...|
One day we left EVERYTHING but a small backpack behind and we had to learn to let go of our attachment to material posesions while facing an unknown journey called "Highschool".
I was free however to begin again with no previous artachment to how the wealthy kids from my old school judged my geekyness.
Truth be told I EMBRACED my love of all things geeky and made many friends who loved similar things that by being openly geeky we allowed them to also embrace.
We learned how to sew, and make costume replicas of our favourite characters.
(And we have applied these skills into parenthood)
We took imagination as a healer for all the pain we were then expiriencing and we transformed it into freedom.
We don't quite realize the power to inspire others untill we look back at it all and see the big picture.
Today, I see this world as a potential healing wave for the struggles we are facing in society when parents and kids can connect over similar things.
We need to be mentally grounded so we don't get so lost in fantasy, but its healing to immerse ourselves in dream worlds and let imagination come to life in a healthy way.
This is what inspired our current projects:
Music #wearethemusic
Art &
Gaming #ManaUp
Paired with families #KidsManaUp
We can create the world all kids deserve.
Where they can create and dream and learn to use their own creator abilities to inspire the future generations.
I believe this is how we heal those broken and lost souls facing so much depression due to what appears to be a broken world.
Its not broken~ We've just sold our power to the ones who couldn't care for much more then about themselves and money.
Together we can heal it all!
