Ingredients of Vegetable Manchurian
100 gm cabbage
50 grams of carrots
50 gms onion
50 grams mushroom
30 grams green coriander
30 grams green onions
10 gms of ginger
10 grams of garlic
5 ml Green Chili Sauce
5 ml Soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pinch full Ajinomoto
50 gm flour
50 g cornflour
Oil to fry as needed
Method of making Vegetable Manchurian
Cut off the cabbage, carrot, onion, mushroom, ginger and garlic. Mix salt in chopped vegetables. After this, add the flour and cornflour in these vegetables and mix them properly. If needed, then get some water. Make equal-sized tablets with this mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and till all golden till it becomes golden. Heat a little oil and fry the finely chopped ginger, garlic and onion and then add water to it, add green chili sauce, soya sauce, ajinomoto and green coriander. Put cornflour to thicken it. Put some pills in the pan and put it in the pills. Vegetable Manchurian is ready. Serve it incandescent !
