Apple is not a sponsor or involved with Qriket or Qriket Live, it’s prizing or the operation of the contest, web site or application in any manner. No purchase necessary to play and/or win. Void where prohibited by law.
Qriket and Qriket Live is operated by the C-Factor Incorporated here in referred to as (‘QRIKET’).
You will be required to register with QRIKET in order to play. You can register an account with an active and valid Facebook account or with a valid email address and all accounts must be verified by a cell phone number associated with the account. You may use your Facebook credentials including User ID and password when you Login or your email account and password created when registering without a Facebook account. All accounts must be verified with an active cell phone number. Only one Qriket account per cell phone number (on a valid cellular network) is allowed and QRIKET reserves the right to cancel any account at any time for any reason what so ever.
There is no age restriction to play Qriket or participate in a Qriket Live event, however, you may require the consent of a parent or guardian depending on your local jurisdiction. Please check to ensure you meet all eligibility requirements within your jurisdiction.
QRIKET requires the presence of an Internet Connection on your mobile device. This connection may incur data use charges, and the player acknowledges that they are responsible for all data and Internet usage charges associated with gameplay.
QRIKET is not responsible for the presence or quality of the Internet connection on the player’s mobile device. The Player acknowledges that the quality of the Internet connection may adversely affect gameplay and may affect the distribution of game prizes, spins, tokens and other game awards and components. The Player’s mobile device must have an active and stable Internet connection in order to use Qriket and participate in a Qriket Live Event.
QRIKET does not warranty gameplay, prize accuracy or any other feature and function contained within its application framework during the absence of a valid Internet connection or for any other reason outside the normal limits of operation deemed to be acceptable by QRIKET.
In the event there is an issue due to the status of the Internet connection, Players may submit an incident log to [email protected]. QRIKET will use its best efforts to resolve the issue, but makes no representations or warranties of the performance of the Qriket application with a compromised internet connection or for any other reason. Players acknowledge that they are using Qriket as is.
Qriket players earns Qriket Spins (credits to participate in a Qriket Live Event) by interacting with the content made available thought the ‘Get Spins’ feature of Qriket. The players mobile device must have an active and stable Internet connection in order to collect Qriket Spins. Qriket Spins have no cash value.
A Player must use the required number of Spins to register for a Qriket Live Event.
Each Qriket Live Event is a unique event with a pre-determined Grand Prize and Consolation Prizes published on the main screen of the Qriket App.
Grand Prizes are unique to each Qriket Live Event and can be represented in cash, spins or other forms as set forth by QRIKET.
Once Registered for a Qriket Live Event, the Player must select either Blue or Gold before each round of Qriket Live.
The Qriket Live Wheel, which is spun by the Qriket Live Host, determines the outcome of the game and whether or not the Player moves to the next round or is eliminated from the Qriket Live Event.
If the Player Selects Gold and the Qriket Live Wheel lands on Gold then the Player moves on to the next round. If the Player Select Gold and the Qriket Live Wheel lands on Blue then the Player is eliminated from the Qriket Live Event and awarded the Consolation prize (if any).
If the Player Selects Blue and the Qriket Live Wheel lands on Blue then the Player moves on to the next round. If the Player Select Blue and the Qriket Live Wheel lands on Gold then the Player is eliminated from the Qriket Live Event and awarded the Consolation prize (if any).
The process of color selection, the spinning of the Qriket Wheel, the continuation into the next round and the elimination of players continue for the entire Qriket Live Event until a winner is determined. Winners are determined by the final spin of the Qriket Wheel. Player acknowledges that the possibility exists that based on the color selections made by the Players during the Qriket Live event that a winner may not be determined and the grand prize for the Qriket Live event would not be awarded.
The Player is required to make their color selection within the allotted time otherwise the player is eliminated from the Qriket Live Event and awarded the Consolation Prize (if any).
INTERRUPTION OF GAME PLAY – Under certain conditions, proprietary applications (phone calls, text messages, low battery alerts, etc.) and 3rd party applications (‘External Applications’) running on a player’s smartphone may cause an interruption of a Qriket Live Event. In some cases this interruption may cause the player’s participation in the Qriket Live Event to end. QRIKET does not and cannot guarantee normal operation of Qriket should it be interrupted by an External Application. QRIKET does not and cannot warrant Qriket Spins, prizes and other reward components earned during the specific session will be properly allocated to the Player’s account. Players assume and accept all responsibility for the performance of Qriket and of the Qriket Live Event outcome if affected by an External Application.
Players acknowledge that if they terminate or cancel their Qriket account, that all prizes, Qriket Spins, Qriket Cash Balances and other game tokens and components are immediately forfeited and players make no claim and have no rights to the account and its prizing elements.
QRIKET reserves the right to disqualify any player that does not comply to these Rules and Regulations or that demonstrate any attempt to circumvent normal gameplay.
CASH-OUTS – All Players who have accumulated a QRIKET DOLLAR Cash Balance through gameplay must use the automated REDEEM Procedure available on the QRIKET mobile application (Cash-out section) to request a cash-out. Cash-out balances must be greater than $25.00 in order to qualify. Players are responsible for the accuracy of all information required as part of the Cash-out process and acknowledge that if invalid or inaccurate information is provided that they risk the forfeiture of all Cash Balances. All Cash-out requests under $1,000 will be transferred using the PayPal service and Players are required to establish 1 unique (1 Per Qriket Player) PayPal account to receive their funds. Players are responsible for all fees associated with the PayPal transfer and such fees will be deducted by PayPal or its appointed agent if applicable before the funds are transferred to the Player’s account. For Cash-out balance greater than $1,000, a Player can request a Bank Wire transfer or Western Union Money Transfer. In each case, the Player will receive an email with forms that must be completed, signed and returned to QRIKET (via Fax or Email) to initiate the funds transfer. QRIKET reserve the right to validate all Player and account activity before the funds transfer and may, at its sole discretion, void any fund transfer request due to non-compliance by the Player. The Player is responsible for all fees associated with the transfer. All cash-out amounts that remain unclaimed or if the supported claim forms have not been received for more than 60 days after they were awarded or added to the account, will be removed from the associated accounts. Players acknowledge that in all cases, transfers may take up to 30 business days to complete.
All unclaimed cash prizes are void after 90 days.
QRIKET reserves the right to withhold transfers and suspend participation at their sole discretion.
Spin Codes - Spin Codes are tokens provided to Qriket Players via social media, direct communication or any other method deemed appropriate to QRIKET. The Spin Codes carry various expiry dates and times. These expiry limits are not posted and vary from by Spin Code. In general cases, the Spin Codes expiry 30 minutes from the time they issued.
Spin Story - Players acknowledge that all video content created via the Spin Story option is the exclusive property of QRIKET. Player acknowledges by playing Qriket they have agreed to and accepted all terms and conditions including the full release of all their rights to videos created using the Spin Story Option. Players further acknowledges that Qriket may use the created audio/video files using the Spin Story for promotion, marketing, Qriket Feed or any other means required.
Color Streak – The Color Streak is a Qriket Live Event Component. When the Qriket Live Host spins the Qriket Wheel and the color outcome is either Blue or Gold on 15 Consecutive Spins the Color Streak Prize of $1 million is activated. In order for the Player or Players to win the $1 million Color Streak Prize at least 1 Player must select the winning color while another player must select the losing color on the final spin of the Qriket wheel during the Qriket Live Event. For Clarification, after 15 consecutive spins of the wheel where the outcome is Blue on the next spin of the wheel at least 1 player must select Blue and at least 1 player must select in order to activate the Color Streak $1 million dollar prize. The Color Streak Prize is awarded to the Player or Players who select the winning color as determined by the spin of the wheel by the Qriket Live Event Host.
The Color Streak Prize is void where prohibited.
The Color Streak Prize of $1 million is awarded in 20 Instalments of $50,000.00 per year with the first payment due 30 days after the winner is determined by Qriket Live Event and the balance of 19 payments on the yearly anniversary of the first payment. The Color Streak Prize cannot be transferred or assigned. The Color Streak Prize will be paid by Check (Cheque) to the winner.

QRIKET is not a lottery, contest, raffle or sweepstakes. QRIKET is a FREE Mobile Game and a consumer engagement platform. THERE IS NO FEE TO PLAY QRIKET. Qriket Users are never required to pay any form of direct compensation to play. Void where prohibited. QRIKET® (“the Game”) is owned and operated by The C-Factor Incorporated (“CFACTOR”). By installing or using this software, including any third party software, service and/or content made available in conjunction with this software you agree to be bound by all of the rules and regulations set forth below. Any links to third party affiliate networks published here with reference to any of its services are not part of our jurisdiction. Visiting or using these links might bind you to their terms and conditions. We bear no responsibility of anything that you come across on any of these sites.

If any individual communicated with us via email or posts a comment or video on our site or within the mobile application they give us full loyalty free rights over the message and its contents.
Under no circumstances shall CFACTOR be liable to any user on account of that user’s use or misuse of QRIKET or such third party software or services. Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, (even if CFACTOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages). Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on QRIKET from inability to use QRIKET and all third party software made available in conjunction with or through QRIKET, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of QRIKET, all third party software and services made available in conjunction with or through QRIKET (including such damages incurred by third parties). Such limitation shall apply notwithstanding a failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
CFACTOR and any third party who makes its software and/or service(s) available in conjunction with or through QRIKET disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of QRIKET and/or any third party software accessed in conjunction with or through QRIKET.
