Your thoughts are a dynamic energy which attract exactly what you think about most often. You draw to you the situations, circumstances, people, and events which matches your dominant feeling and thoughts.

Since the subconscious mind forms our habits, we think the same thoughts over and over, which is why we get the same results and reality over and over.

In order to consciously choose our reality we need to subconsciously change our thought habits.

Earle Nightingale is one of my favorite authors - others include: Dale Carnegie, Dr. Stephen R. Covey, D. Waitely and any more.

Before them were the mystics of ancient times and after them comes quantum physics. And they all point to the same notion:

"Thoughts are things; and many believe, are the only real things."

Given that premise, I ask these questions to everyone - especially when they are distraught.

How do your present thoughts serve you?

And BTW, did you happen to realize you can choose what to think (concentrate on)?
