In the Manna project, we're always looking for people who want to help make a difference. Whether you're a coder in California or a community organizer in Africa, you can help Manna change the world.
Here's how some people are working hard to help this project succeed...
New Developers Join Manna Team!
We're excited to announce that seven computer science students from Stanford University have started working for the Manna project. This more than triples the size of our development team!
The students are members of Stanford's Code the Change club, which is part of a nationwide network of developers volunteering for nonprofit organizations to create positive social change.
This year, the Stanford club decided to partner with the People's Currency Foundation to help us develop our Targeted Direct Giving features on Mannabase.com. They will be working with us throughout the 2018-2019 academic year.
Thanks to their help, we're moving forward to create the advanced new features that we know you're looking forward to. Stay tuned for updates in the coming months as we keep building our platform!
PCF to Help Refugees
The People's Currency Foundation has recently started working with a community organizer in a village in Uganda. The village is part of one of the world's largest refugee camps, with over 100,000 people, many of whom are refugees from the Sudanese civil war.
These people are among the poorest of the poor -- exactly the kind of people that our organization would like to enroll for free distributions of Manna. Even very small amounts of money can provide hope and opportunity to severely impoverished people.
Our partner on the ground will be documenting the lives of these people and helping us share their photos and stories.
Next month, we'll tell you more about how we plan to help these refugees and their families -- and how YOU can help make a difference.

Hey beautifuls! I've been a long timr fan of your project, and even before you picked the new name we began a fandom/creator/gaming network called #TeamManaUp.
While I try to keep my politics and business seperate from our group I would love to have some sort of fusion to help this project grow.
Is there some one I can speak to regarding all this?
Thanks for your time and all the amazing work.
