Cashew-Pecan-Vanilla Butter

INGREDIENTS:
•1 cup cashew nuts
•1 cup pecan nuts
•1/2 tsp vanilla powder
•1/3 tsp sea salt
METHOD

  1. preheat the oven to 160 degrees C/300F.
  2. roast the nuts for 10 minutes and let them cool down.
  3. place the nuts and the vanilla powder in a food processor and process until smooth (it will take about 5 minutes).
  4. add the salt and whisk.
  5. place in a jar and ENJOY!
