I was doing some gardening this week and to my pleasant surprise, I encountered two types of insects that made my day interesting, so I decided to take a video of them to show it to you.
Those who follow me maybe know that I try to take care of any type of animal life, as little as it may be and as harmful as it can be to human beings, animals were here before us and will be long after we leave this world.
But today I had to do something I don't like and that makes me feel a bit guilty... there was a wasp hive outside my balcony and I couldn't let that go on. I have pets and a wife that could easily get stung by them, especially if the hive is exactly outside of where my wife's cat sleeps and where she feeds her every day... so I had to do something about it.
Sadly, I had to destroy it and let the wasps roam somewhere else, I didn't kill any wasp, I just let them be,
On the other hand, when I was trimming some leaves from one of the trees in the yard, I found a praying mantis!! They say it's good luck to find one and that it will bring good fortune to the founder, I don't believe that crap but still, this is the first one I find in my whole life, so I wanted to take a video to show you.
