The third attempt after I posted twice in a wrong line of posts. Sorry for that, but now I understand. This is my spot, here's where I can do my thing. What that thing is, is quite simple. Writing. I can't do anything else.
I'm born with a storybook inside my head, and to avoid them getting lost, I write them down. I write short stories, long stories, nice stories, evil stories and they all are born in this strange looking head of mine.
My dream, when I ever grow up, is to become the Dutch king of Horror. A bit like the ugly Dutch twinsister of Stephen King. I need to have an operation, but hy, You're ambitious, or you're not.
What is there to know about me? Well, the least you know, the better it is, I may be contagious.
So if you ever come to Holland, stay the Hell away from a town called Almere. It's where I live with my wife and my three poor children. I also have a dog, a cat, a parakeet and a hedgehog. I tried to keep a skunk, but he couldn't stand the stench, too bad.
Enough about me, just read my stories and you will know, I'm sick, really, really sick.

Another question. When I write a story, let's say a story from the dreamland series. Should I do that on steemiy or via chainbb? And should I do it via my own map with the tags writing and story?

That's very much up to you, however, this forum is still a semi-private space for us to discuss things with each other. The way I envision this working is that you create your normal post on steemit with your favourite tags. Then you can create a comment here under your intro with a link to it. This means other Mapsters can see that you have posted and can even upvote your comment here.
Using the #mapsters tag within another platform will not show that post in this forum.

One other thing people can do here that is not really done on steemit is to use these comments just to post something that interests you - it thus doesn't have to be a full post. Alternatively, post it as a new post to see if it generates discussions.
Remember that even if your original post expires its 7 day reward period, any new comments can be rewarded.

It's a tube I found on the internet. Most of them are free to use. They don't have a background so you can put them in other pictures. They're often made by Paint shop pro users ;)
