Penny Review's: Wherein Penny smokes some So Cal, and tells you about it ;-)

Made it down to my local shop the other day and picked up some lovely looking flower, thought I would share my experience of this lovely hybrid strain with you!!

So right out the gate this strain is a great 24.8% Thc. And let me tell ya, nothing wrong with that. Not medical but potent to be sure.

The most prevailing scent in this strain is the diesel. It comes through strong and clean, speaking to this strains origins. There is a hint of lavender, and just a touch of forest floor. The coloring is a lovely mix of purples and deep vibrant orange's.

I'm using a different grinder this week, not in love with it, it was a freebe so I thought I would give it a go, it ground it up but wasn't pleasant to use and retained more of the Bud than I would have liked. Still very pretty looking Bud when ground up, very lovely and the scent profile gained allot of complexity in grinding.

Very expressive strain! Strong walnut and almond flavors with a nice Mandarin orange undertone. Very purposeful and energetic high though it pulls into the body a bit, it leaves you feeling lite but present.
