Marijuana is a medicine?

Drug Administration(PDA) doesn't approve marijuana plant as a medicine.FDA requires clinical trials in thousends of human subjects to determine possible risks or benefits of medication.So far scientists have not conducted enough clinic trials that show benefits of medical marijuana.Two main cannabinoids who concern medicine for marijuana is THC and CBD.THC increases appetite and reduces nausea.CBD does not affect mind or behaviour.is Marijuana a medicine?
