Dubai torch tower on fire again

The skyscraper in Dubai known as the torch tower has caught fire again.

The last time the torch caught fire was on February 21 2015, winesses told authorities that the fire started from a grill on a balcony.

No reports of casualties at this time. 8/3/2017
