Pickled red hot peppers - delicious harvest for the winter. RED HOT Chilli PEPPERS (recipe)

Good day my friends.

Here is a recipe for marinated acute red pepper. Because in medium latitudes, hot peppers do not grow all year round, therefore, to keep it in winter, peppers are pickled or dried.

 Dried poppy pods are widely used in cooking. Whole pods are added to various other dishes, sauces, spicy soups. Large-grinded pods are used as spicy seasoning.

 The world knows a lot of varieties of red hot pepper, and their baking is determined by a special scale proposed by the American chemist Wilbur Scoville (Wilbur Scoville).

 Pickled spicy peppers are easy to prepare. It is important to choose the right greenery, marinade and to properly cook peppers. In the same way you can marinate and Bulgarian pepper.

 Ingredients:

  • 6-10 pc Red pepper spicy
  • 3 sprigs of green cilantro
  • 3 sprigs of dill greens
  • 1 sprig mint green (optional)
  • 1 head garlic
  • 100 ml grape vinegar
  • spices
  • salt,
  • sugar,
  • coriander peas
  • carnation,
  • black pepper and sweet peas
  • bay leaf

1 / Make a bit of hot pepper

2 / Boil the marinade of water and wine vinegar with spices and herbs

Meanwhile, to wash the glass jar of the appropriate size - it is necessary that all peppers get into the jar, and there is still little space for garlic, greens and marinade. Bank must be poured with cool boiling water from the kettle for at least 5 minutes. Or sterilize by any available method.

In a saucepan pour 1.5 cups of cold water. Add to water: - 1 tsp salts - 2 tsp sugar - 2 tsp coriander peas - 5-6 peas of black pepper - 2-3 peanuts of fragrant pepper - 1-2 cloves - 2-3 leaves of bay leaves - all cloves of garlic - all prepared greens Bring the marinade to a boil and pour 100 ml of grape vinegar - from white or red grapes It's better not to use ordinary vinegar, the aroma will disappear. Boil the marinade for 2-3 minutes, then remove the pan from the fire and allow to stand the marinade for 15 minutes.

3 / In a jar make greens and spices, then pepper.

4 / Fill the jar with the marinade under the lid itself. To sterilize

Red pepper is very hot and hot is good:)

I must take picture of my preparing food for winter. I also prepare peppers pretty similar way. Resteeed so other can learn how prepare your own food for winter, not just buy in supermarket.
