Marton Polao Recipe

Basmati rice 1 kg # Marton 1/2 kg # Oil 250 g # Ghee 100 grams # Onions 200 grams # Ada 100 grams # Garlic 50 grams # Heat spices 40 grams # 40 grams of celery # Dried chilli # 8 Tomato medium-sized 2 # coral 50 Village # Pepper 1 teaspoon # Green pepper 40 grams # As salt amount

Ready recipe

First, grate ginger-garlic-onions. Crush hot spices and peppercorns. Now, in a pressure cooker, heat oil with onion-garlic-ginger and stir with hot spices and chilli with martons.

Put a cotton cloth and put it in a cooker with a cotton cloth. Cover the cooker lid with 4-5 cups of water and keep waiting until you read the 2nd city.

Now wash the rice and let it dry for 30 minutes in the water. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in another pot and fry it with onion red.

Now give 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste. Take 1 spoonful of chili powder and tomato chilies. Soak the amount of salt and 2 cups of water for a while.

When the meat is boiled, separate from the water and keep the stock. Give the butter in the ketchup tomatoes and stir well. Now put the mudan stock, 6 cups of water, and keep the lid covered with the soaked rice. Wrap the cloth around the lid so that the smell does not leave.

Now it will be ready to burn 40-45 malta polka Marton Polao. Now serve it on the table.
