Masala Dosa Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup urad dal
1 cup rice
1 cup cottage cheese
1 piece ginger
2-3 green chilies
1 onion
1/4 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp red chili
1 capsicum
1 tomato
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
To make masala dosa, first soak urad pulse and rice and keep it for 7-8 hours. Then take them and grind them into fine powder.
Now put this mixture in the incense for a while, the solution will bloom and your dosa will become soft.
After doing so, keep all the vegetables like onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cut them finely.
