Consumer Behaviour can be defined as the dynamic interaction of affect and cognition behaviour and the environment by which humans beings conduct the exchange aspects of their lives. It changes based on consumer mindset. It can relate to Intrinsic forces and extrinsic forces.

Why Consumer Behaviour is Dynamic?

It is because of the thinking, feelings and actions of individual consumers, targeted consumer groups and society at large are constantly changing.
