      Rice
      the yellow crunchy rice is called Tadig
      the meat is kebob but this time made with tomatoes in them
      some greens
      special pickles
      raw onion
      plain yogurt
      and the red stuff sprinkled on it all is sumac
      with a very cold beer on the side
