Chuijhale is a traditional dish of Khulna region. There is no extra oil inside the meat in this cooking. Again the meats are roasted tan. Cooking with chui gives a flavor to the meat. Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation.

Today let's find out the recipe for cooking Chuijhale meat-

Materials

  1. Beef - 1 kg

  2. Chuijhal pieces - 2 cups

  3. Mustard oil - 1 cup

  4. Chili powder - 1 tbsp

  5. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon

. Cumin paste - 1 teaspoon

. Onion crumbs - 1 cup

. Ginger paste - 2 tablespoons

  1. Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

  2. Cinnamon - 4 pieces

  3. Cardamom - 4

  4. Salt - to taste

  5. Sour yogurt - half a cup

  6. Cloves - 6

  7. Raw pepper - 5-6

  8. Bay leaves - 4

  9. Hot spice powder - 1 teaspoon

  10. Fried cumin powder - half a teaspoon

  11. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.

Chuijhal meat recipe

Wash the meat in pieces as per your choice. Now spread it with sour curd and salt for an hour. Then put the cooking pot in the oven and heat the oil in it. When the oil is hot, fry it with onion. When the onion is fried, add all the spices.

Then add meat and chuijhal a few times. When it is well drained, add water in it. Keep the stove on medium low. When the meat broth thickens and the oil rises to the top, lower it with fried cumin powder, hot spices and lemon juice.

Serve with hot rice or bread at the end of cooking.
