Chuijhale is a traditional dish of Khulna region. There is no extra oil inside the meat in this cooking. Again the meats are roasted tan. Cooking with chui gives a flavor to the meat. Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation.

Materials
Beef - 1 kg
Chuijhal pieces - 2 cups
Mustard oil - 1 cup
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
. Cumin paste - 1 teaspoon
. Onion crumbs - 1 cup
. Ginger paste - 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 4 pieces
Cardamom - 4
Salt - to taste
Sour yogurt - half a cup
Cloves - 6
Raw pepper - 5-6
Bay leaves - 4
Hot spice powder - 1 teaspoon
Fried cumin powder - half a teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
Chuijhal meat recipe
Wash the meat in pieces as per your choice. Now spread it with sour curd and salt for an hour. Then put the cooking pot in the oven and heat the oil in it. When the oil is hot, fry it with onion. When the onion is fried, add all the spices.
Then add meat and chuijhal a few times. When it is well drained, add water in it. Keep the stove on medium low. When the meat broth thickens and the oil rises to the top, lower it with fried cumin powder, hot spices and lemon juice.
Serve with hot rice or bread at the end of cooking.
