(Eng-Esp) Delicious little ground beef meatballs / Deliciosas y pequeñas albóndigas de carne molida

I will share with you an easy and inexpensive recipe for some delicious little ground beef meatballs, which I prepared for a delicious lunch for my grandchildren.

Compartiré con ustedes una fácil y económica receta de unas deliciosas y pequeñas albóndigas de carne molida, las cuales preparé para un rico almuerzo para mis nietos.

You will need to:

Necesitarás:

• 1/2 kilo of ground beef.
• Salt, pepper and oregano.
• finely chopped vegetables (onion, chili peppers and chives)

• 1/2 kilo de carne molida.
• Sal, pimienta y orégano.
• vegetales finamente picados ( cebolla, ajíes y cebolletas)

First, we season the ground meat with salt, pepper and oregano.

Primero, condimentamos con sal, pimienta y orégano la carne molida.

Then, we add the finely chopped vegetables (onion, peppers and chives).

Luego, adicionamos los vegetales finamente picados ( cebolla, ajíes y cebolletas).

Next, we take portions and assemble the balls with our hands.

Seguidamente, tomamos porciones y armamos la bolitas con nuestras manos.

Finally, we roastuntil golden brown.

Por último, asamos hasta dorar .

We can serve our delicious meatballs, I hope you enjoy them as my grandchildren and I did.
