Every Sunday this website will provide a cloze text, which I can answer in my blog. To sepearte my answers from the original cloze text I formated my text bold and italics.
If there is not some movement in the "A Song of Ice and Fire" books soon. I'm afraid that George R. R. Martin might die first. The man is not the youngest and his lifestyle does not seem to be influenced by healthy food and sports. I'm waiting forever for the next book and would like to see the series completed. I started the first book over 10 years ago.
The quality of series or TV productions in general is very different. The technical implementation has become much better compared to 80s or 90s shows. When I see the old series today I realize how advanced the possibilities for film and television are now. Unfortunately that does not always mean that the story is good.
The tax return would certainly be forever on my todo list. If someone does not always tell me I have to do this.
Lately I was very happy about free gaming time, after all I have not had much of this since I became a mother.
Currently added to the watchlist is Elementary. The series is older and I started it for the second time. I liked the BBC-produced series "Sherlock" so I did not pursue Elementary. At the moment I need a lot of series and decided to try Elementary again. The series itself is okay.
Twilight was again an exhausting read, because I find the character Bella very exhausting and I am in the age of mid 30 that means far away from teen feelings. At times it was tormenting to read the thoughts of Bella. Nevertheless, I try to finish reading all the books because I always try.
Last time I saw Valerian and that was** better than I expected,** because I was a big fan of thev comics when I was a kid and so I was skeptical. Maybe that also helped me not to remember details but I was very happy that I recognized some anyway. What I did not like very much was how the romance between Valerian and Laureline was portrait.
Wenn sich nicht langsam mal etwas bei den „A Song of Ice and Fire“ Büchern tut fürchte ich das George R. R. Martin vorher ableben könnte. *Der Mann ist nicht mehr der jüngste und sein Lebensstil scheint auch nicht vom gesunden Essen und Sport geprägt zu sein. Ich warte schon ewig auf den nächsten Band und würde die Reihe gern abgeschlossen sehen. Schließlich habe ich das erste Buch vor gut 10 Jahren angefangen. *
Die Qualität von Serien- oder TV-Produktionen im Allgemeinen ist sehr unterschiedlich. Die technische Umsetzung ist im Vergleich zu 80iger oder 90iger Jahre Serien viel besser geworden. Wenn ich heute so alte Serien sehe fällt mir auf wie fortgeschritten die Möglichkeiten für Film und Fernsehen heute sind. Leider bedeutet das nicht immer das die Story gut ist.
Die Steuererklärung bliebe sicherlich auf ewig auf meiner todo list. Wenn mir nicht ständig jemand sagen würde das ich diese machen muss.

Zeitweise war es quälend die Gedankengänge von Bella zu lesen. Trotzdem versuche ich alle Bücher zu Ende zu lesen weil ich das immer versuche.
Zuletzt habe ich Valerian gesehen und das war besser als ich erwartet habe, weil ich schon als Kind ein großer Fan der Comics gewesen bin und ich daher skeptisch war. Vielleicht half auch das ich mich nicht mehr an Einzelheiten erinnern konnte aber ich habe mich sehr gefreut das ich das eine oder andere durchaus wieder erkannt hatte. Was ich allerdings nicht sehr gut fand war die Umsetzung der Romanze zwischen Valerian und Laureline.
