I just finished reading this article, I myself would not mind this particular tax. If I can help feed and provide shelter to our cities homeless. This idea would be awesome. Here is the article so you provide your ideas or suggestions on this topic.

      man, taxation without representation! we already pay sales tax, use tax, property tax, tax when we pump gas, tax on cell phone bill, hell you even pay taxes when you die...ps, you shoulda placed it under #marijuana no??
