American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Dr. Richard Paulson said he thinks it would be possible to do a uterus transplants on men, according to The Telegraph. He further said "you could do it tomorrow"
So in theory, men could go attempt to become pregnant. However there're many challenges and studies have to be done.
Uterus transplants are a relatively new procedure, and for men it has never done before. There will be numbers of risks involved, because men's anatomy is not naturally designed to space the organs there. Also men do not produce the hormones needed to support pregnancy, which will require special medication during the period. The risks to the baby is unknown.
Right now, the risks of the procedure for someone with male anatomy are so great. But the advances in uterus transplant surgeries are going amazing. It could happen near future...
