Federal Marijuana Laws to be challenged in the 8th Circuit United States District Court, Little Rock Arkansas.
Arkansas, Little Rock, July 19 2018: Ending The Madness
Attorney Jeff Sessions along with the Directors of DEA, ATF, FDA and USDA to be defendants in pending Federal Marijuana Civil Court Case Representing himself “Pro Se,” well-known Disabled Navy Veteran and former State Chair of the Arkansas Libertarian Party, Robert Reed filed the first ever “Facial” Constitutional Question lawsuit against the State of Arkansas’s “Marijuana” laws in November 2016. Mr. Reed, who was also the Candidate for Arkansas House of Representatives in 2016, was the first ever registered “Cannabis Lobbyist” in Arkansas, and a spokesman for Arkansans for Medical Cannabis advocacy group and is the current host of Cannabis News And Politics.
In June of 2017, the State of Arkansas “Dismissed With with prejudice’ the case in which barres Mr Reed from filing another case on the same issue in Arkansas. This forces him to file in a “Federal Court” and “Question” the law at the Federal Level. His case will be the first ever “facial” Constitutional Question filed in Federal Court on this issue and directly challenge the legality of federal marijuana prohibition in all other states as well.
Mr. Reed is currently raising funds for legal support, and is searching for an attorney to join his efforts to shift history in favor of medical marijuana patients, Hemp farmers and to protect the Second Amendment rights of citizens. He seeks to expose and end the unconstitutionality of the federal prohibition of cannabis as a Schedule One Controlled Substance. He is seeking contributions to aid in offsetting the cost of this new Federal Civil Court Action.
Mr. Reed demands a jury trial in the Arkansas Federal Court due to the original case being dismissed by the district court, a clear violation of the federal and state laws and his rights to a "constitutional question" civil court case. Mr. Reed maintains that his case is about ending prohibition on a much-maligned plant. In his words, “it’s about the CITIZENS losing their right to safe medicine and our farmers to grow and our factories to produce the products that are currently being IMPORTED from foreign countries. China is the largest producer of Hemp and Hemp Products while the United States is the largest CONSUMER! It is time to “#End The Madness”!”
The filing fee, along with legal expenses is estimated to be a minimum of $9,000.00 based on estimated time and filing fees and witness costs. Mr. Reed is requesting that those who support his Constitutional Rights to assist with a contribution equal to a cup of coffee at Star-bucks or your favorite Energy Drink.
