The russian government blocks Telegram and wants to use... ICQ... alternatively?

Really? I know ICQ only through history books. :-D It was very famous many years ago?

    i used icq for a long time.. prob 5 years or better.. was an excellent way to chat with friends and associates or meet new people.. i actually had no clue it was still around..
